Shipping policy

When will my order ship?
If you have selected a ‘Ready Now’ item we will ship your order within 24hours. At the time of our relaunch orders will take up to 10 business days for dispatch. After this time and as we make new stock, order dispatch times will
reduce to a maximum of 5 business days.


How long will my order take to arrive?
We use courier and freight services for our beds and Australia Post for covers, supplements and treat orders. Once dispatched most metro addresses will receive orders within 1-2 days and 3-5 days for regional and rural areas.


Why do you charge for shipping and other companies offer it free?
There is no such thing as FREE SHIPPING. You are still paying for shipping even when businesses advertise it as free. They just include the shipping cost in the advertised product price. We don’t do this. It cheapens the product and makes it difficult for customers to understand the true value of the item they have purchased. When you purchase a bed from us the price is built on the high-end, natural and safe materials used, the Australian Made value, the patented value and the benefit to your pet. As a small business we could not price our beds at an affordable rate if we included freight. However, the freight we charge is only what we are charged, and we ALWAYS search for the most economical price.


Tracking?
Once your order is collected by the courier/freight or postage service we will email you a tracking details. We wait until collection has physically taken place as sometimes couriers don’t show up and we have to rebook.


Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Any item posted with Australia Post can be shipped to a PO Box. Courier/freight services will only deliver to a physical address.


Where is dispatch from?
All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane location.

Is pick up available?
Yes! We offer pick up from our Brisbane location on an agreed date/time. Please wait for a confirmation email to be sent to you before arranging pick up.


Missing deliveries?
In the event your delivery goes missing we will do everything in our power to help you find it – but we are not responsible for it. If the order is missing before delivery we will liaise with the courier/freight or postage service until it is located. If the item is missing after delivery we advise a police report is made and asking neighbours for any available security camera footage.
