Refund policy

Do you accept returns?
You are welcome to return an item providing it has not been opened. We deliberately ship our beds in clear packaging so you can see the actual size and colour before opening. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept return of opened deliveries. If you believe the item is faulty please email us at hello@stanpetbeds.com.au putting your order number in the subject line.
We will reimburse return costs if the item is found to have a fault. We will first attempt to repair or replace an item before refunding. We make our beds onsite and they undergo an extensive quality check before dispatch. We do not send out a replacement UNTIL the returning item is received. The returned item when received will be acknowledged in an email to you. If upon inspection the item is found to be faulty and we cannot replace it for you a refund will be issued.


Returning opened or used items
Opened and used items cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind. Items suspected of having a manufacturer fault must be returned within 14 days. Postage paid to return an item will only be refunded if manufacturer fault is confirmed. Cost to return item is at customers expense.


What is a fault?
A fault is what we consider a manufacturers fault. Wear and tear, damage from rough play or slight compression is not a fault. We use the strongest thread on the market and double stitch to reinforce seams. Where zippers are used the stitching is reinforced. Fabrics used in our beds and covers are not chew proof. Our focus is on using the safest materials not the most in destructive materials. We do find however that due to the absence of toxic chemicals and dyes in our fabrics destruction is very rare. Warranty
Our warranty is a 12 month limited warranty for manufacturing faults only.
